This Legal Notice applies to the Battle Born Prints online store and website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge this notice and agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and our posted policies.

2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Many Battle Born Prints products are made to order. We may use Printify and independent third-party print providers to manufacture, package, and ship products. Battle Born Prints remains the merchant and your point of contact for purchases made through this Site.

Printify and its print providers are independent service providers. Nothing on this Site creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or endorsement relationship between Battle Born Prints and Printify or any print provider.

Production location, carrier, delivery route, packaging, and fulfillment provider may vary by product, inventory availability, and delivery destination. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for order-specific terms.

3. Product Information and Mockups

We work to present product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, prices, availability, and images accurately. However, screen settings, garment batches, printing methods, placement tolerances, and manufacturing processes may cause reasonable differences between a digital mockup and the finished product. Product images may include digital mockups or styled scenes and are provided for illustration.

Minor variations that are normal for made-to-order production are not necessarily defects. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the order, contact us promptly and follow the procedures in our Return and Refund Policy.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information, availability, or pricing as permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content—including the Battle Born Prints name, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, layout, and other materials—are owned by Battle Born Prints or used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, republish, upload, display, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by law.

If you submit text, photographs, logos, artwork, names, or other content for personalization or a custom order, you represent that you own that content or have all permissions necessary for Battle Born Prints and its service providers to reproduce, modify as needed for production, manufacture, and fulfill the order.

You remain responsible for submitted content. We may refuse or cancel a request that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies or a fulfillment provider’s requirements. You agree not to submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to fulfill your order.

6. No Government or Military Endorsement

Unless expressly stated on a specific product or page, Battle Born Prints is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Department of Defense, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency. References to military service, veteran status, patriotic themes, ranks, insignia, or public institutions are descriptive or artistic and do not imply official approval.

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social-media platforms, Printify, and independent print providers. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
