How Bulk Ordering Works

1. Request a Quote

Submit your bulk-order request with as much information as possible, including:

Product type
Estimated quantity
Sizes and colors
Design idea or existing artwork
Number of print locations
Delivery location
Required completion date
Organization or event name
Contact information

2. Product and Pricing Review

We’ll review your request and provide available product options, pricing, estimated production time, and shipping information.

Bulk pricing depends on:

Product brand and style
Total quantity
Garment sizes
Number of design colors
Front, back, sleeve, or multiple print locations
Printing or decoration method
Artwork preparation
Shipping and delivery requirements

Larger quantities may qualify for lower per-item pricing.

3. Artwork and Digital Proof

Before production begins, you’ll receive a digital proof showing the proposed design and placement.

Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, and design details. Production will not begin until the final artwork is approved and the payment requirements listed on your quote have been completed.

4. Production and Delivery

After approval, your order will move into production. Turnaround times vary based on product availability, order quantity, customization method, and shipping destination.

If your order is needed for a specific event, please provide the event date when requesting your quote. Rush production may not be available and may require an additional fee.

Size Breakdown

Please provide an accurate quantity for every requested size before approving your order. Some extended sizes may have a higher product cost.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before finalizing their order. Size changes may not be possible once production begins.

Artwork Requirements

For the best print quality, please provide high-resolution artwork whenever possible. Preferred file formats include:

PNG with a transparent background
SVG or other vector artwork
High-resolution JPG
Print-ready PDF

Low-resolution artwork, photographs, or logos may require cleanup or recreation. Additional design fees may apply for complex artwork or extensive revisions.

Customers must own or have permission to use all submitted logos, names, photographs, artwork, trademarks, and other protected material.

Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

Changes or cancellations must be requested before final approval and production. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Because bulk and personalized products are created specifically for your organization, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
