2. Review and Quote
We’ll review your request and contact you to discuss product availability, pricing, design requirements, and estimated turnaround time.
Custom pricing depends on the product, quantity, design complexity, number of print locations, sizes, and shipping requirements.
3. Design Approval
A digital proof will be provided for your review before production begins. Please carefully check all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and design details.
Production will not begin until the final design is approved and payment requirements have been completed.
4. Production and Delivery
Once approved, your order will move into production. Production and shipping times vary based on the product, quantity, supplier availability, and destination.
If you have a specific deadline, please tell us when submitting your request. Rush service is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee when available.
Artwork and Design Requirements
For the best results, please provide the highest-quality artwork available. Preferred files include PNG files with transparent backgrounds, SVG or other vector files, and high-resolution JPG files.
Low-resolution images may need to be recreated or cleaned up before printing. Additional design fees may apply for complex artwork, extensive editing, or logo recreation.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they own or have permission to use all submitted names, logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, and other protected material. Battle Born Prints reserves the right to decline any request involving unauthorized or inappropriate content.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes may be made before final design approval and production. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Additional revisions or major design changes may affect the price and completion date.
Returns and Replacements
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.
